LIBE - Determination of a clear risk of a serious breach by the Republic of Poland of the rule of law

On May 25, the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) held a debate to consider a draft Interim Report on determining a clear risk of a serious breach by Poland of the Rule of Law. The meeting was joined by José Igreja Matos, President of the European Association of Judges and Joanna Hetnarowicz-Sikora, Member of the National Board of IUSTITIA, Polish judges association.
