EPSCO Council - The European response to rare diseases

Over 30 million European citizens suffer from a rare illness, and 95% of those citizens have no adequate treatment. The French presidency invites ministers to exchange views on the European response to rare diseases. Ministers will be asked whether they would like to see more measures on this issue at European level.
