Council - Video conference of Development Ministers

On November 23, EU Development Ministers met in the Foreign Affairs Council in its Development format to discuss the post-Cotonou agreement in public session. The meeting provided information on the state of play regarding negotiations on the post-Cotonou agreement and the Neighborhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI).
